ACCREDITATION

Regent Central University (RCU) is a non-governmental accreditation, extended exclusively to private, Christian institutions upon inspection and approval of their programs, operations, and integrity. Large religious accreditation agencies world-wide and accredits Christian Universities, Theological Seminaries and Bible Schools in over 30 nations endorse Regent Central University (RCU)

Accreditation is a private, voluntary, non-governmental peer-review process that reviews the educational quality of an institution or program. Accreditation status confirms that an institution has voluntarily undergone a comprehensive self-study and peer examination that demonstrates the institution meets standards of accreditation. 

To receive accreditation, the institution must clearly demonstrate that it has established educational goals, offers formal, organized learning experiences and services that enable students to meet these stated goals and that students and graduates have benefited from the learning experiences provided. 

Furthermore, accreditation assures that an institution operates on a sound financial basis, has approved programs of study, qualified instructors, adequate facilities and equipment and engages in continual improvement through self-evaluation and planning and promotes its programs truthfully. 

Regent Central University, gets full accreditation for its courses from International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE) and features in its list of accredited institutions. 

QAHE is an expert in recognizing higher education institutions for research performances, student services and quality of teaching to value the confidence of the public along with supporting the development of quality assurance systems worldwide. Candidates having a QAHE accredited course certification will be recognized globally for the skills acquired and knowledge gained throughout the program.

Regent Central University performed excellently in QAHE’s accreditation eligibility criteria which contain the five areas mentioned below for which Regent Central University underwent inspection of its Internal Quality Assurance System and review of its study programs. 

Regent Central University  is a certified member of Association of Independent Christian Colleges & Seminaries (AICCS). AICCS is a non-profit association of independent Christian colleges and seminaries committed to academic excellence, intellectual freedom, ethical conduct, and moral integrity. AICCS is a professional, faith-based, non-profit, educational corporation chartered in the State of Missouri to found, develop, strengthen,and accredit Christian schools of ministry which offer in-classroom and on-line courses, tracks, and degrees.  AICCS  helps to establish, support, maintain, and promote the development of non-traditional, modular, and private tutoring/mentoring methods on-campus, and audio/video-taped, on-line, and other distance learning methods off-campus.

Academic Council For Educational Accountability (ACEA)

Regent Central University is certified by the Academic Council For Educational Accountability, a non-governmental agency designed specifically to promote integrity among Christian colleges and universities.  ACEA is a network of Christian educators and Christian training programs & schools. We exist to provide both credibility through accountability or credibility through association.

ACEA provides accountability and evaluation without compromising Regent Central University’s mission, vision, and calling.
