Admission Requirements

All subjects conform to Bachelor degree standards, so the Certificate counts for a full 120 credits towards the Bachelor degree. The Diploma consist of a further 120 credits. The Bachelor program consists of a further 120 credits, i.e., a total of 360 credits, 690 for the Master and 840 for a Doctorate.

Admission Requirements

An applicant may be granted admission to Regent Central University (RCU) on one of the following conditions -

To register for any Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor Programs prospective students:

  • The applicant is in possession of a valid tertiary education entrance qualification.

  • The applicant is in possession of any other certificate deemed equivalent and which the Regent Central University (RCU) Senate has approved.

  • The applicant complies with the program prerequisites.

  • One year successful post-matriculation/High School education at a registered institution.

  • To be 40 years of age or older and provide evidence of adequate literacy and life experience.

  • To have completed a two-year Certificate or Diploma course.

To register for any Masters Program prospective students require a four-year degree (or equivalent) in any appropriate field.

To register for any Doctoral Program prospective students require a Masters degree (or equivalent) in any appropriate field
